CRE Daily LLC
Thank you for choosing This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how CRE Daily LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit our website, credaily.com (the “Site”), subscribe to our newsletter, and/or use our services.
By accessing or using our Site and services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site, our newsletter, or our services.
1. Information We Collect
By visiting the Site, you acknowledge and understand that we may collect various types of information to provide and improve our services using some or all of the following technologies:
Cookies – files containing data that are stored on your device or computer, typically featuring an anonymous unique identifier. For additional details regarding cookies and instructions on how to disable them, please visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org
Log files – files that monitor activities taking place on the Site, capturing information such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
Web beacons, tags, and/or pixels – files employed to capture data about your browsing activities on the Site.
CRE Daily Insider accounts. When you create a free CRE Daily Insider account to read our articles, we collect:
- Your email address, which is how you sign in. We email you a 6-digit code instead of using a password.
- Information you choose to add in “About you” and on your profile: your first and last name, company, job title, state, the sector you work in and your role, and a profile photo if you upload one.
- Your newsletter choices: which CRE Daily newsletters you receive.
- Your reading history: the articles you read while signed in. You can pause it, remove single articles, or clear it at any time from your account.
- Sign-in and security information: the devices and browsers you’re signed in on, their IP addresses and when they were last used, so you can see and end your sessions.
Signing in with Google. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and a Google account identifier with us. We use your Google profile photo only if you choose “Use my Google photo”. You can disconnect Google from your account at any time.
Newsletter links. Links in our newsletters may carry a subscriber identifier (not your email address) so the Site can recognize a newsletter reader and give them free articles.
Cookies and your browser’s storage. In addition to the cookies described above, the Site uses: cookies that keep you signed in; cookies that remember, for up to 90 days or until you sign in, that you came from one of our newsletters — one holds a shortened form of your email address (for example jo***@firm.com) to show on the sign-in step, and one holds your email address encrypted so that only our server can read it, used only to send you a sign-in code when you choose “Continue as …”; your browser’s local storage to count the free articles you’ve read; and a short-lived cookie that carries a confirmation message from one page to the next.
Bot protection. To protect sign-up from automated abuse, the Site uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and browser. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

- Preventing abuse, such as automated sign-ups and repeated failed sign-in attempts

These third parties operate under their own data policies and practices, determining what information they share with us, specifying your rights and choices on their services and devices, and establishing where they store information. The following is not an exhaustive list of relevant third parties, however, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourself with the privacy policies and terms of use of the following third party services: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify, Quantcast, LinkedIn, and Meta.

- The newsletter-reader cookies last up to 90 days (the ones that name you are removed when you sign in).
- Copies may remain in routine backups for a limited time after deletion.
6. Your Account Choices
From your account page (credaily.com/account/, “Sign-in & security”) you can:
- Download your data: a file with the information your account holds.
- Change your email address. Your newsletters can move to the new address too.
- Delete your account. This removes your account, profile, reading history and sign-in records. It does not unsubscribe you from our newsletters: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter for that.
