A Preliminary Listing
Per the listing, retail would fill the lowest two floors and typical floors would run a bit over 22,000 SF, The Dallas Morning News reported. It called the marketing materials sparse and early-stage.
As of Monday, the address had no city permits on file, the outlet reported. Hunt Realty declined to comment to The Dallas Morning News, and JLL had not yet answered the paper’s questions.
Marketing a building before groundbreaking is common while owners secure anchor tenants and financing, The Dallas Morning News reported, and details can shift as tenant needs change.
Next to Goldman’s Campus
Goldman’s $709M campus occupies 3 acres of the NorthEnd site. The 800,000 SF building topped out in November 2025, interior work continues, and the bank is scheduled to move in during 2028.
The Dallas Morning News reported that over 5,000 workers could be based there. In June 2022, Dallas City Council members approved over $18M in incentives to support the campus.
A Cornerstone of Y’all Street
The Dallas Morning News described the Field Street project as a cornerstone of Y’all Street, the financial district taking shape around Victory Park and Uptown.
The Dallas Morning News noted that the bank’s North Texas history dates to 1968 and that the region hosts its second-largest U.S. office. As of July, Goldman held about 500,000 SF of local office space, most of it in Downtown’s Trammell Crow Center.
Why It Matters
A second tower would extend a district that Goldman’s campus already anchors, and it would add office supply in a part of Dallas that is drawing finance tenants.

What’s Next
Watch for an anchor tenant, financing and permit filings. The Dallas Morning News reported that the wider NorthEnd project, first announced in 2020, also calls for more office space, apartment and hotel towers, and shops surrounding a 1.5-acre park.
Goldman’s campus broke ground in 2023.
