Terra Residences by the Numbers
The project will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Units will average about 900 SF.
Architecture Demarest serves as the project architect. Faulkner Design Group leads interior design, while LMF Construction serves as the general contractor.
Office and Park Plans Move Ahead
In May, Hall Group announced plans for The Terraces Hall Park, a 10-story, Class A office building. The project will include more than 200,000 SF of office space above a 1,300-space parking garage.
Additionally, the company plans to invest $14M in expanding Kaleidoscope Park.
Two Decades of Buildout
Hall bought the property that became Hall Park in 1989. Today, the office park spans 162 acres and includes 15 buildings. It sits just south of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters.
Recent additions include a 19-story luxury apartment tower, a 16-story office building and a 224-room hotel. Overall, Hall expects the full development to take 20 years. The project will encompass about 9.5M SF of mixed-use space.
Why It Matters
Hall Park demonstrates how developers can transform an office park into a mixed-use district. The plan combines housing, workplaces and hospitality. Hall says its goal is to create an environment that attracts companies.
Meanwhile, other developers across North Texas are pursuing similar projects. As CRE Daily reported, the Cowboys planned an AT&T Stadium development modeled on The Star.
What’s Next
Construction on Terra Residences is slated to start this fall, with delivery expected in fall 2028. In the meantime, watch for updates on the office building and park expansion announced in May.
