What ZO Is
Upgraded Points describes ZO as a worldwide amenities and lifestyle service for office occupants that Tishman Speyer built. People who work in its buildings use a mobile app to reach premium spaces, services and experiences.
Clubhouses are hospitality-style spaces for working, meeting people and recharging. Studio is the firm’s chain of coworking, meeting and event spaces.
What Cardholders Get
Eligible cardholders receive a complimentary American Express ZO Membership with no increase in their annual fee, per Upgraded Points. It includes unlimited Clubhouse access plus four guest day passes a week, and four free day passes a month at U.S. Studio locations.
Cardholders can also claim as much as $500 in yearly statement credits per eligible card account. The credits cover booking events at ZO or Studio sites and buying a Dining Club membership, and a cardmember-only ZO site and app lists participating spaces.
Six Cities, 25-Plus Spaces
Upgraded Points reports more than 25 Clubhouse and Studio spaces in the program. New York and Los Angeles anchor the footprint, alongside Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Washington, D.C.
No sign-up is required. Cardholders switch on membership through the website or app ahead of a first visit, and Studio sessions need advance reservations.
Why It Matters
The tie-up puts a landlord’s amenity brand in front of a new audience of business cardholders, widening ZO beyond the buildings Tishman Speyer owns. It lands as hospitality becomes a competitive tool in office, a theme we explored when BOMA New York created a Best Building Amenity award category and a hospitality committee.
For tenants and prospective tenants, the offer shows how much amenity and flexible space can matter beyond the lease itself.
What’s Next
Watch how cardholders use the Clubhouses and Studios after the Oct. 22 launch, and whether other landlords pursue similar partnerships. Tishman Speyer is also repositioning the Chrysler Building as boutique office space, as we covered after the ground lease signing.
