Google’s 88-month lease includes two five-year renewal options. It also secured first rights for the adjacent KC 300 site, which could add another 1M SF Charlotte industrial space to its regional footprint. The developer, Hudson Capital Properties, is positioning Overlook 85 as a key hub for large-scale tech and logistics users.
