The space industry campus, called the Central Texas Spaceport and Defense Innovation Campus, will span 115K SF across four buildings. It will include mission planning space, secure facilities, spacecraft testing areas, an education center, and offices. Developers plan to break ground on Phase I later this year. This phase includes a 20K SF secure facility. It will cost between $24.5M and $33M.
