The partnership
Landing, a nationwide network of flexible-stay apartments, has teamed up with instant commerce platform Gopuff to bring rapid delivery services directly to its guests. The offering spans more than 2,500 Landing units across 42 markets, giving travelers and long-term residents streamlined access to groceries, household items, alcohol, and other essentials.
How it works
Guests can unlock the promotion by scanning a QR code inside their apartment. The deal includes 60% off a first Gopuff order and 10% off subsequent orders placed during their stay. Discounts are automatically applied to repeat purchases made within the geofenced property area, simplifying the ordering process.

Elevating the stay
Landing’s portfolio features fully furnished apartments with full kitchens and home-style amenities designed for short- and extended-stay guests. By integrating Gopuff’s fast delivery—often arriving in as little as 15 minutes—the company aims to remove friction for travelers settling into a new city, whether for a few nights or several months.
Landing President and COO Marcus Higgins said the partnership is designed to make stays “effortless and familiar,” noting that quick access to groceries, celebratory items, or everyday snacks helps guests feel at home from day one.
A strategic fit
For Gopuff, the collaboration expands its presence in the hospitality and flexible living space. The company operates its own micro-fulfillment centers and logistics network, enabling delivery of thousands of products with rapid turnaround times. Embedding the service into Landing’s in-stay experience creates built-in demand from a mobile, convenience-focused customer base.
Why it matters
As flexible living continues to grow, operators are competing on more than location and design. Integrated services and value-added partnerships are emerging as key differentiators. By pairing furnished apartments with instant retail access and built-in savings, Landing is enhancing convenience while strengthening guest loyalty.
The move reflects a broader trend in hospitality and residential real estate: blending accommodations with on-demand services to deliver a seamless, lifestyle-driven experience.
