Curt Schade

Curt Schade is Co-CEO of Ziff Real Estate Partners and has served as an investor and advisor to the Ziff organization for more than 20 years. Since joining the firm full time in 2017, he has helped strengthen and institutionalize its investment, asset management, and capital-raising platforms while building on its long track record of successful real estate investing. Curt brings more than 30 years of experience across real estate, private equity, and capital markets. Prior to joining ZRP, Curt co-founded Pretium Partners and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he helped establish and scale Progress Residential into one of the nation’s leading single-family rental platforms. Earlier in his career, Curt held senior leadership positions at Bear Stearns and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Curt earned his degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the McIntire Foundation Board and chairs its Finance Committee.
