Phase I Launches New High-Rise Multifamily
According to YieldPro, Aventine Development and Seawood Builders have broken ground on Arbor House, a luxury multifamily development in Palm Beach Gardens. This marks the city’s first high-rise apartment community, featuring a 13-story tower with 302 units in Phase I. A future second tower, part of Phase II, will add another 318 units, eventually bringing the total to 620 apartments.
Robust Amenities and Modern Living
Arbor House is designed with upscale amenities targeting young professionals and families. Residents can access a wellness center, modern fitness center, golf simulator, cold plunge, and sauna. The property also features a resort-style pool and a ground-floor lounge designed for remote work. An eighth-floor amenity deck spans 7,000 SF, and a 480-space attached garage will serve resident parking needs.
Shaping the Local Market
Arbor House is part of a larger push to modernize and densify Palm Beach Gardens, replacing older offices with luxury multifamily projects. The development rises near major retail centers in Palm Beach Gardens. It aligns with the city’s master plan to create a more connected, transit-focused community, even as Arbor Realty Trust faces scrutiny over past portfolio risks. City officials note the project’s potential to spark further interest in transit and mixed-use investment for the area.
