Mixed-Use Vision in Bridgeland
According to Bisnow, the Houston Texans have partnered with Howard Hughes Communities and Harris County to develop a new headquarters and practice facility in Bridgeland. The master-planned community sits just northwest of Houston and continues to attract large-scale investment.
The project, known as Toro District, will span 83 acres within Bridgeland Central. It will combine retail, hotel, entertainment, and commercial space alongside the team’s 22-acre headquarters and training complex.
