Matthew Neisser
CEO and Co-Founder
Matthew Neisser is the CEO and Co-Founder of LendingOne, where he has scaled the company into one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing private lenders by overseeing all facets of the firm. Prior to founding LendingOne, he served as Principal at a regional commercial real estate firm managing office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and land transactions, while also gaining valuable experience in residential real estate and land development. He brings extensive knowledge in technology and finance, with hands-on expertise in owning, selling, and leasing both residential and commercial properties. Matt is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Columbia Real Estate Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
