Chris Menard

Chris is a Managing Director of Originations, responsible for sourcing, originating, underwriting, and structuring leasehold improvement loans for creditworthy landlords and tenants. With a career dedicated entirely to commercial real estate, he brings extensive expertise in real estate credit, brokerage, and investment analysis to Dolfin. Previously, Chris served as an Asset Manager at Monticello Asset Management, where he managed a $1+ billion portfolio of multifamily and healthcare bridge debt investments. Before that, he was with CBRE, leading business development initiatives and advising institutional landlords and tenants on office, life science, and retail space transactions across the U.S. His experience also includes roles at Transwestern Consulting Group and Reis Inc. Chris holds a Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance & Investment from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Management from Dickinson College.
