Chris Smiles

Chris Smiles has spent his career at the intersection of commercial real estate and technology. His early career included roles at CBRE and Woolbright Development, where he refined his skills in investment analysis and software engineering. Now, as Vice President of Product at Buildout, Chris oversees research and development for a broad portfolio of SaaS solutions built for CRE brokers and brokerages. Under his leadership, Buildout launched its Manage & Close product line, a unified deal management and back office solution powering brokerage operations for customers across the U.S. During Chris’s tenure at Buildout, customers have used the product to transact more than $1 billion in gross commission volume.
